I now have to pay a fee of 144 on each of my vehicles for this agency's mistake. They have done nothing to resolve this issue that Viviana and her team caused. I called multiple times at the office to speak to Viviana and they refuse to have me speak with Viviana. Workers don't communicate efficiently in Spanish. Oh yea and they do not call you back immediately. They do their best when it comes to charging you. Very disappointed with this agency. Don't waste your time and money here.
